SOURCES OF C/L STUNT SUPPLIES

From my travels and meeting a lot of folks who fly stunt or want to get into C/L flying and stunt, one of their biggest obstacles is finding the items they need for our sport/hobby. Many of us who are seasoned flyers have the same issues when we either do not have local hobby shops or have access to some but those do not stock any or very few items we need.

A couple of months ago, I posted a request on Stunt Hangar asking readers to share with me where they purchase their supplies. Based on their responses and others from a variety of sources, an Excel Spreadsheet was created listing sources for various items that we use. That document is provided in this email package. The various categories are listed on the left side of the document and across the pages are the names of the companies and/or individuals who do provide many products we use.

Each “cell” contains the name of a company in the form of a hyperlink. All you need to do is click on any of those companies and your computer, tablet, or smart phone will bring you directly to their website! In a few cases, websites were not available so you will find email addresses to contact those vendors.

I am asking each of you to start using this source and letting me know about your experiences including any problems getting to the listed vendor. Please send your feedback to me via email:

I am also asking you to let me know if there are suppliers that should be added. For that, I just need the name of the vendor, what products they supply, and their web address, or email if they do not have a web listing.

This source document is being distributed to PAMPA members only at this time. By using the Suppliers Listing, your feedback and updates will result in the “final” version that will eventually be distributed to others. We are planning to update this listing each quarter.

We believe this effort will make it easier for you to acquire items you need and want for your airplanes and shop.
